Join the GamHR affiliate program.

Register as an affiliate, receive an automatic referral code, share your link with South African employers, and track commission from your signed-in affiliate dashboard. Commission becomes payable only after the referred customer finishes the free trial and the first paid invoice is confirmed.

How joining works

Register once, then use your dashboard.

New affiliates register on this page. GamHR creates an affiliate-only account, generates a code automatically, and sends the account to an affiliate dashboard after login. Existing GamHR users also receive individual affiliate codes and can use the same dashboard from inside the signed-in app.

The code is validated during trial signup. If a prospect becomes a paying customer after the free trial, the dashboard tracks referral status, pending commission, payout setup, payout history, and any Paystack action needed.

Register or sign in. New affiliates create an affiliate account. Existing GamHR users use their normal account.
Copy your generated code. Your dashboard shows your code and referral link.
Share the trial link. Prospects start a trial through the link or enter the code on Start Trial.
Wait for billing confirmation. Commission is created only after the free trial and the first successful paid invoice.
Set up Paystack payouts. Add payout details after login so payable commission can be transferred.

How rewards work

Affiliate links use /start-trial?ref=CODE.
GamHR records attribution before checkout.
No reward is created during the free trial.
The 5% customer credit and 5% code-owner commission are created after the first successful paid invoice.
The affiliate dashboard shows pending, paid, failed, and action-needed payout states.

Aligned pricing

Current public pricing is Micro R279/month, SME R619/month, Business R1,349/month, and Enterprise R2,799/month. Annual plans are R2,790, R6,190, R13,490, and R27,990 respectively.

The affiliate program works with the current public pricing so customer credit and owner commission stay aligned with the plans shown to customers.

Program boundaries

Affiliate rewards are once-off first-paid-invoice rewards, not lifetime revenue share. Self-referral is blocked, including when an affiliate later joins a GamHR workspace.

Affiliate questions

When is the affiliate paid?

Only after the free trial is complete and the referred user has actually been billed for the first time.

Does the referred customer get a reward?

Yes. The referred customer receives a once-off 5% customer credit after their first successful paid invoice.

Is this lifetime commission?

No. The current GamHR affiliate program is a first-paid-invoice reward only.

Where do affiliates get their code?

New affiliates receive a code automatically when their affiliate account is created. Existing GamHR users receive individual codes in the signed-in affiliate dashboard.

How are payouts set up?

Affiliates add South African bank payout details after login. GamHR validates supported details with Paystack, creates a transfer recipient, and uses a stable payout reference for each commission transfer.
