When to Contact Support
- You cannot access your workspace or account
- You have a question about billing, your subscription, or cancellation
- You have a question about the affiliate program, referral code attribution, or reward review state
- You need help with payroll configuration or compliance settings
- You need help finding the Labour Relations Act or Employment Equity awareness pages inside your workspace
- You believe there is a bug or incorrect calculation in the system
- You need to exercise a data subject right under POPIA (access, correction, or deletion request)

- Billing and cancellation: available from your workspace billing settings once you are signed in
- Employee and leave management: your HR Manager or Director can assist from within the workspace
