When to Contact Support

• You cannot access your workspace or account
• You have a question about billing, your subscription, or cancellation
• You are an existing affiliate and have a question about historical referral attribution or reward review state
• You need help with payroll configuration or compliance settings
• You need help finding the Labour Relations Act records page or Employment Equity Act reference inside your workspace
• You believe there is a bug or incorrect calculation in the system
• You need to exercise a data subject right under POPIA (access, correction, or deletion request)

Self-Service Resources

• Public tutorials: start with GamHR Tutorials for sanitized product orientation
• Affiliate program: new registrations and referral-code requests are temporarily paused; existing affiliates can still review their records
• Billing and cancellation: available from your workspace billing settings once you are signed in
• Employee and leave management: your HR Manager or Director can assist from within the workspace
• Signed-in staff can use Report an Issue to send an in-app bug report with the current page context
