You move to the next tier when your headcount exceeds your current plan limit. The same workspace, same data, same product - just a higher flat rate that reflects your company size.
Yes. Billing details are required before the 30-day free trial starts. Card details are captured through Peach Payments.
No. GamHR charges a flat monthly fee based on your tier, not on how many people you hire. Adding an employee within your tier limit does not change your bill.
Annual billing gives you 2 months free (17% off). For example, the SME plan is R549/month or R5,490/year. You pay the full annual amount upfront.
You create your admin account, add billing details, create your company workspace, complete setup, and invite staff into the workspace.
Yes. Cancellation is self-service from your billing settings.
