Choose based on your current employee headcount: Micro for 1-10 employees, SME for 11-50, Business for 51-150, Enterprise for 151-500. Every plan includes the full product.
You move to the next tier when your headcount exceeds your current plan limit. The same workspace, same data, same product - just a higher flat rate that reflects your company size.
Yes. Billing details are required before the 30-day free trial starts. A small refundable verification charge is used through Paystack to set up subscription billing, and billing management is then limited to Directors and HR Managers.
No. GamHR charges a flat monthly fee based on your tier, not on how many people you hire. Adding an employee within your tier limit does not change your bill.
Annual billing is available as a fixed yearly price. For example, the SME plan is R619/month or R6,190/year. You pay the full annual amount upfront.
You create your admin account, add billing details, create your company workspace, complete setup, and invite staff into the workspace.
Directors and HR Managers are the billing owners. They can review payment information, update the Paystack payment method, download billing-recovery exports, and schedule cancellation to take effect at the end of the current trial or paid period.
GamHR blocks normal workspace access on the effective loss-of-access date. Directors and HR Managers can still export retained workspace data for 30 days, and the retained workspace may stay recoverable for up to 90 days if the customer returns before any deletion or anonymisation review is completed.
Existing users and invited staff use the Login page. The trial flow is for new workspaces only.
