Affiliate Commission Timing
A public guide to the free-trial boundary, first-paid-invoice commission trigger, customer credit, and non-lifetime reward model.
Follow these steps
Trial period
- A referral can be recorded when the prospect starts a trial with a valid code.
- No commission is payable during the free trial.
- If the prospect does not become a paid customer, no commission is created.
First paid invoice
- Commission becomes payable only after the free trial finishes and the first paid invoice is confirmed.
- The referred customer receives the once-off customer credit at the same first-paid-invoice boundary.
- The affiliate dashboard is the signed-in place to track the transition from referral to commission.
Commission and credit boundary
- The current program is a first-paid-invoice reward, not lifetime revenue share.
- Self-referral is blocked, including after an external affiliate joins a GamHR workspace.
- Reward and payout statuses are visible only after login.
