Setting Up Affiliate Payouts After Login
A public manual-only overview of where payout setup happens after login and why Paystack validation is required before transfers.
Follow these steps
Open the dashboard
- Log in and open Affiliate Dashboard before entering payout details.
- Public tutorial pages do not collect or display bank details.
- External affiliates see affiliate-only account surfaces; existing GamHR users see the affiliate dashboard inside the signed-in app.
Add payout details
- Enter South African bank details from the signed-in dashboard.
- GamHR validates supported details through Paystack before creating a transfer recipient.
- Sensitive payout setup data is stored encrypted, and the dashboard only displays safe fields such as bank name and last four digits.
Understand transfer status
- Payable commission can be transferred automatically only when Paystack transfers do not require OTP.
- If Paystack returns an OTP-required state, the dashboard marks the payout as requiring manual Paystack confirmation.
- Stable payout references are used so retries do not create duplicate payout intent.
