Start Trial And Get Support
A public walkthrough of the trial path, pricing page, account creation, support expectations, and existing-user login boundary.
Follow these steps
Review the trial path
- Start on the pricing page to choose the plan size that matches your current employee count.
- Use Start Trial to create the first workspace contact and confirm the account setup details requested on the page.
- Existing users should use Login instead of starting a second trial.
Prepare safe setup information
- Have a company name, work email address, and the first administrator contact details ready.
- Keep employee records, payroll files, contracts, and sensitive documents out of public support messages.
- After the workspace is created, use signed-in help for role-specific setup tasks.
Get public support
- Use the public Support page when you cannot sign in, have a trial question, or need help before workspace access.
- Include the page you were using, what you expected, and what happened.
- For workspace-specific issues, sign in and use Report an Issue so the request can carry the right role context.
